Most property projects require that you submit an ARC Application.  If you are not sure if you need to submit an application, please submit the contact form below or email [email protected] for guidance. Please be sure you are familiar with the Declarations & Covenants prior to planning any improvements or changes. Please submit applications at least 30 days prior to beginning the project for the committee review & response. The Committee is allowed 30 days to respond per the Declarations, but works to respond much quicker.

ARC Meetings

ARC Meetings are typically held prior to the monthly Board of Directors meetings beginning at 5:30pm.  These meetings are open to all residents and you are encouraged to attend.  Signage will be posted at the main entrance to Ashwood Lakes and at the traffic circle by the pool.  Further details regarding meeting schedules and locations can be found here.
